The Simple Breakdown

     We are experts at selling homes Rent-To-Own, Lease Purchase, or with Owner Financing. These are simple agreements where our buyer’s make monthly payments towards the purchase of their home, for a predetermined period of time, and at a predetermined price. A down payment is required on every home we sell, and is fully credited off of the purchase price at the time of financing.
